1-2-1 Personal Training

This option is your most comprehensive and flexible training method. We will initially discuss your short term goals and long term fitness objectives, along with your current fitness routine and discuss the best course of action.
You can opt for as many or as few sessions as you feel suit you. I understand that everyone has different requirements and our plan for you will be tailored to those requirements.
If you decide that you’d like regular sessions, we’ll set achievable short term goals together so that progress is continually met in order to ensure we are always making steps towards those long term fitness and wellbeing objectives. To accompany our workouts together, I will also prepare manageable home workouts which will be reviewed as we go in line with our progress.
I believe your fitness journey should be enjoyable so we’ll discuss your exercise likes and dislikes at the start and also as we go so that we can keep the elements you enjoy and bin those you despise. Unless of course, it’s something imperative in helping us reach those long term objectives 🙂 If you’re enjoying your fitness you’re more likely to maintain it even after those initial targets are met. We’ll always be looking to your long term fitness future, as well as we might be looking towards the summer holiday or wedding coming up.
I will always have your best interests, your wellbeing and your goals in mind. If you ever have questions on what we’re doing? Why we’re doing it? What benefit is it for you? I will have those answers at hand.
Personal training should be exactly that, so everything we do will be designed specifically for ‘you’. I will be there to guide you safely through our sessions together, and I’ll be on the other end of the phone or a text in between should you need advice on your home workout plan or have any fitness related queries.
Group Personal Training Sessions

This option is designed for couples or groups of 2-4 people who want to train and workout together. It helps if you have similar fitness levels and goals but it’s not essential.
Is also the most affordable option for personal training as total prices are split 2, 3 or 4 ways, while the attention to your individual requirements and fitness goals are still closely monitored and sessions are tailored to your needs.
We will initially discuss your goals and fitness objectives, along with your current fitness routines. We’ll also chat about your individual likes and dislikes surrounding various training methods and make sure we’re all on the same page with regards to the types of training we can accomplish together.
Whether you are couple or a couple of friends, Group PT can be a great motivation for your fitness. Along with the guidance and support you will receive from me, you have each other’s encouragement and drive to help you through and to hold you accountable to one another’s fitness future in tandem with your own.
For ongoing sessions I will be setting appropriate home workouts to help you make strides towards your goals between our workouts and will be on the other end of the phone or a text for continuous fitness support should you need it.

Group Outside Workouts

This option is your simplest and most affordable method of training. If you’re simply looking for a challenging group workout to fit into your week with some fresh air, either as a one off or regularly then this is the one.
You can organise your own group or come along to a current group session with space that suits.
It’s a fun way to get a great workout. It can be as challenging as you want it to be with varied options for difficulty to suit all. Groups are kept to a maximum of 8 to ensure that everyone is exercising safely, to the correct level and with good technique/form.
The format will be circuit based with the focus on working the whole body in a functional way. Equipment will/may include resistance bands, kettlebells, TRX, battle ropes, medicine balls, slam balls and some good old fashion body weight too.

Workout Programme Build

This option is a simple as it sounds. For those who literally want a personalised workout programme designed with their goals and fitness objectives in mind.
We will have a goal setting discussion so I can better understand your aims along with current level of fitness and activity. If need be we can have a one off session to more accurately establish your fitness or assess your posture perhaps.
Then it’s onto the build. I will design a specific programme for you to complete weekly which will last usually 6-8 weeks, before we check in to establish progress and alter the routine for the next 6-8 week period.
