Not only does he push me to stay on track, he has vast knowledge of all things fitness so if I have any questions or concerns he will always be able to explain something properly and put me at ease.

“I’ve been having PT sessions with Lukas for just over a year, he is
an exceptional trainer.

Lukas tailors sessions to your individual needs, they are well thought out and effective. He goes above and beyond to help you achieve the level of fitness desired. Lukas develops individual programs for you to use when you are training alone. They are easy to follow and effective.

For me personally we have worked on strength, mobility, cardio and some
sport specific work (Golf). I am fitter and stronger and could not have come so far without Lukas’ encouragement and knowledge.

Lukas trains my son who is visually impaired. He considers his impairment and does not let this limit him. The transformation is quite incredible. My sons confidence has grown immensely along with his fitness level and strength. Lukas has looked at my son’s diet and keeps tabs on his physical measurements and progress.

Lukas never makes you feel conscious, he’ll help build confidence and is great fun to spend time working out with.

Before I started the training sessions, I set myself some goals that I really wanted to achieve, and Lukas has certainly helped me do that. The exercises that he puts together are specifically tailored to my needs and he often adapts the workouts in line with my development so that I can consistently improve. 

Furthermore, Lukas also puts together great home workouts that I complete twice a week in addition to the session that I have with him personally. These home workouts are very well put together, helping me to continuously build on the gains that I have made and it gives me great structure to my weekly exercise routine.
