Hi, I’m Lukas. I’ve been a trainer for over 12 years now. I’m passionate about fitness and find that feeling fit physically helps to balance everything else in life. Healthy body, healthy mind.

Fitness for me should be personal (there’s no one size fits all), it should also be challenging but it should be fun. I truly believe that everyone can find exercise enjoyable, it’s just about finding the right type and working that into a manageable routine.
